SILVER I.D. FROM CUSTER’S 5TH MICHIGAN CAV.
Corpl. Henry Larkin of Company H made it through the heavy losses at Gettysburg (Records show he was there) but was eventually wounded on 5/6/64 at Todd’s Tavern, Va. (Wilderness Campaign). He was wounded in the thigh by a Minnie ball. The I.D. pin was excavated in the Wilderness and is in excellent condition with the exception of the pin having broken off.
