This “AGAINST REBELLION”, Union Shield, 1861 style brass I.D. disc was excavated in Virginia and still retains just the right amount of gold to highlight this rare disc.
While collecting I.D. discs for the last 50+ years, this is the first we have owned from this regiment which was one of the hardest fought in the Union army. A real prize from our collection.
