Pair of Civil War Infantry, ACTUALLY WORN Major Shoulder Straps – Excellent!

This pair was taken off of a Civil War uniform, not just kept in a box and unused… and it is definitely Civil War and not later Indian War period.  The velvet is still in nice shape.  Slight moth damage to one of the backs but not affecting appearance. This pair would look great for display (or use).  They are 1-inch x 3-inches, the size used usually on the Officer’s shirt or light coat.  Nicest pair we have had of this style.
